We are Roger Ramires and Milena Pedriali, a dynamic duo with a shared dream that began over 20 years ago when we left our home in Brazil during a challenging recession and set out on a journey to California. Little did we know that this move would spark the beginning of five successful businesses, each reflecting our unique skills, backgrounds, and love for life.
Roger Ramires is the heart and soul of our adventurous endeavors.
Coming from a family of Italian and Spanish immigrants who made their way to Brazil during the Second World War, Roger learned the values of hard work, precision, and consistency from a young age. His family, who started as workers on a coffee plantation, eventually became landowners and built a thriving coffee business of their own.
These lessons stayed with Roger as he pursued a career in mechanical engineering, specializing in rapid prototyping and 3D modeling in Brazil.
When Roger moved to the USA, he explored his love for speed and mechanics by working as a motorcycle racing mechanic. But his creative side soon led him to a career in graphic design. However, the stress of office life pushed Roger to return to his roots in adventure, and he founded
Rock n Rope Adventures, a company that allows him to share his love for exploration with others. Roger's journey has been shaped by his persistence, passion for learning, and a deep commitment to delivering what he promises.
Milena Pedriali brings the sweet touch to our ventures. Coming from an Italian immigrant family, Milena was raised with a strong sense of culture, tradition, and creativity.
