This location was the perfect spot to showcase our premium coffee offerings as we aim to bring high-quality, specialty coffee to vibrant locations and events across the city.
Our mobile coffee cart, equipped with top-of-the-line Rocket espresso machines, served a wide range of espresso-based drinks to both locals and visitors. As people passed by, they had the opportunity to pause for a moment and enjoy freshly brewed coffee in the midst of LA’s bustling energy. We used only the finest beans from Intelligentsia Coffee, known for their rich, unique flavors and sustainable sourcing practices. Whether someone was in the mood for a classic latte, a smooth cappuccino, or a refreshing iced coffee, we ensured that every cup was brewed to perfection, offering a top-tier coffee experience.On this particular day, it was especially warm, and two of our standout drinks became instant crowd favorites. First, our Affogato, made with Intelligentsia’s Classic Black Cat espresso, provided a refreshing, indulgent treat. This cold, creamy dessert-coffee hybrid offered the perfect combination of smooth vanilla ice cream and bold espresso, providing a cool break from the heat. Guests couldn’t get enough of this decadent treat, and it quickly became one of the most requested drinks of the day.
Another favorite was our Lime Tonic Espresso, a refreshing citrus twist on the classic espresso shot. The crisp, zesty flavor of lime perfectly complemented the strong, rich espresso, creating a drink that was both invigorating and perfectly suited for the warm weather. Guests loved the unique combination, and it was clear that this drink hit the mark for those looking for something cool and refreshing with a bold flavor profile.
However, what truly made this event special was not just the coffee but the property itself and the people who made it come alive. The Figueroa & Eighth property provided a stunning backdrop for our coffee cart, with its modern design and prime downtown location. Their feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many of them expressing how much they appreciated having a high-end coffee experience right in the heart of their community. It was a great opportunity to connect with people, share our love for coffee, and bring a little extra joy to their day.
